    The Teach Ebelle Children (TEC) Initiative is a community led education project supporting underserved children in our ancestral village of Ebelle, Edo State, Nigeria. In partnership with trusted local leaders, we are funding four National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) teachers to ensure consistent access to quality education.

Joy Osula Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Joy Osula piece. However, if you’d like to make a return, please read the following:

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Sale items, sample pieces, bespoke orders, pre orders, gift cards, and accessories are non refundable

  • Returns must be approved before being shipped back

How to Request a Return

Email hello@joyosula.world with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

We will reply within 2 - 3 working days with next steps and the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage

  • We recommend tracked delivery, we are not responsible for lost parcels

Refunds

Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 7 - 10 working days to the original payment method, unless store credit is requested.

Refunds exclude shipping costs and customs duties.

Bitcoin Payments: Important Information

To keep payments accessible globally, we accept Bitcoin.

Because Bitcoin prices fluctuate:

  • Refunds will be issued in Bitcoin only

  • The refund amount will match the GBP value of your order at checkout, converted to Bitcoin at the time we process the refund

  • Network/miner fees are deducted from the refund total

  • Alternatively, you may request store credit, which locks in the original GBP value

We do not offer refunds in fiat currency (GBP/USD/EUR) for Bitcoin purchases.

If a transaction fails, is incorrect, or is refunded before shipment, we will return the exact Bitcoin amount received, minus network fees.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, we’ll fix it immediately.
